The Consulate General of Sweden in New York visited Boston!

Last week, the Consulate General of Sweden in New York visited Boston. During the visit, SACC-NE, held a breakfast meeting focusing on knowledge exchange, opportunities, and challenges within the Swedish-American ecosystem. 

Special thanks to our Board Members and Professional Members who joined us and shared their expertise and valuable insights on the Massachusetts ecosystem focusing on AI, Technology, and Life Sciences. 

The meeting reminds us of the newly released report from Team Sweden, Sweden Creates jobs in the US, and the impact and opportunities there is to foster exchange and investments between the two countries. Today Sweden is the 10th largest investor in the US. 

During the visit, the Consulate General of Sweden in New York together with the Swedish community in Boston explored different parts of the Swedish-American ecosystem in Boston, such as AstraZeneca and MIT. The visit also included a lunch at the Scandinavian Culture Center & Library together with the Swedish community.
