We have the pleasure of inviting you to a webinar hosted by our friends at SACC-SF/SV, on August 26th @ 10 am PT, @ 1 pm EDT, @ 7 pm CET.

The Swedish handling of the coronavirus has amazed and intrigued the world. The Swedish example has polarized the world from admirers of a strategy relying on people acting responsibly to detractors denouncing a dangerous experiment. So, what does the Swedish strategy actually mean?

SACC-SF/SV are pleased to present the man that has personified the Swedish strategy, Dr Anders Tegnell. He will join in on a discussion with the Executive Director of SACC-SF/SV, Mats Andersson, business partner Lars Johansson from Burks Johansson LLP, and SACC-SF/SV colleague Saga Fristedt. There will also be a possibility for the audience to ask questions.

Dr. Anders Tegnell is the Deputy Director General of the Public Health Agency of Sweden and State Epidemiologist since 2013. He is a medical doctor with a PhD in infectious disease. Dr. Tegnell has extensive experience of leading different Swedish government agencies at different levels in the field of public health and disease control, and also has experience from international work, for example, from Laos in 1990-1993 (WHO) and from DRC during the Ebola outbreak in 1995.
