EXECUTIVE FORUM 2020 [WASHINGTON, D.C.]

The Swedish-American Chambers of Commerce of the United States of America (SACC-USA) present to you our flagship event, the Executive Forum, held annually in Washington, D.C. The event is held in collaboration with the Embassy of Sweden. In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have made the decision to reschedule the Executive Forum to take place on October 1, 2020, in the House of Sweden (originally scheduled for June 4, 2020).

The 2020 edition of the Executive Forum is titled The Forces of Change and will give the latest insights into business and politics. The panel discussions and keynotes will cover how revolutionary technologies are creating new ways of doing business.

We will explore how the challenges connected to the COVID-19 outbreak has affected business and trade. We will also give you a special cover of the U.S. elections, where well-known politicians and pundits will give their latest insights and predictions.

We already have an impressive line-up of speakers, including:

-       H.E. Karin Olofsdotter, Ambassador of Sweden to the United States

-       H.E. Ken Howery, U.S Ambassador to Sweden, Co-founder PayPal & Founders Fond TBC

-       Congressman Jack Bergman, Lt. General & Politician

-       Martin Lindqvist, President & CEO of SSAB

-       Jo Vanhoren, President & CEO Alfa Laval Inc.

-       Kiva Allgood, Global Head of IoT & Automotive at Ericsson

-       Marc Lotter, Director of Strategic Communications for Donald J. Trump for President, Inc.

-       Marie Harf, Liberal Fox News Political Contributor

To conclude the day, a cocktail and dinner reception will be hosted by H.E. Karin Olofsdotter, Ambassador of Sweden to the United States.

Attendees are also invited to enjoy a dinner cruise along the Potomac River, the evening before the event on September 30.
